Directors and Officers

The Board of Directors of Aztec Shops consists of the President of SDSU, five appointees of the President, the President of Associated Students, and five student appointees approved by the Associated Students Council. The Board makes major policy decisions, approves wages and allocates earnings. Board meetings are held throughout the year and are open to the campus and community.
